Some of us wonder

"What is the meaning of life"?


Then I came across a video of Bashar,

who talks just a little bit about this,

and it really resonated with me.


He said:

" The meaning of life

is to be who we are, fully

-

All of us have the same purpose in life,

to be that unique expression of source that we are ".

Remembering yourself

By starting to remember yourself,

you will be able to connect 

with that wise inner part of yourself

-

who remembers how you can use hard times growing

instead of falling

This amazing journey called life

contains endless possibilities of experiences.


One of them is to start REMEMBERING.


Remembering who we really are and what is really possible for us to experience.


We are all here on this planet with our own unique expression,

and when we are at our most authentic,

We are able to help others

begin to remember themselves too.


Simply by being ourselves,

by doing what we love the most.


Whether it's making a movie, writing a book, singing, dancing, making others laugh, cooking, etc.


Whatever it may be,

YOU inspire best when you live and express yourself most authentically through

joy and love.

From fear to love

The journey from fear to love is one of the greatest and bravest

journeys you can take.


This journey is about freeing yourself from expectations,

demands that wear you out

and everything that isn't really you,

but what everyone else expects you to be or do.


This journey is about finding your way back to yourself,

by unlearning everything you've been told

and instead starting the journey anew

through your own experiences,

insights and understandings that you create

and experience by opening new doors.



Remember that no one is here to do the same,

we are here to do “us” fully

-

whatever that may entail.


Nothing is wrong either, because every soul is here for growth - whatever that may entail.


So keep this in mind when you see someone who lives completely differently than you do.

Instead of judging,

just observe.

Transform your life

with the perspective of love

So let`s talk about perspectives.


We have the human perspective

and we have the bigger perspective.


An example of a human perspective could be something like this:


"Why is this happening to me?

This feels unfair,

I can't get out of this pattern, etc."



BUT an example of a bigger perspective could look like this: 


"What if you planned these situations

from a soul level even before you incarnated?

What if, before you incarnated,

you planned with your soul family

to experience difficult relationships,

illness,

struggle,

mental and physical challenges etc"?


So maybe that's why you've experienced everything you've gone through?

-

It's shaped you to become YOU.


Remember that it is through all our experiences,

both good and bad, that we have opportunities for growth

as a human and as a soul.

-

But we must allow it

and choose it.


Remember that we can choose how we see life.

How we see situations that arise.

In fact, we can choose to see them as

opportunities and experiences.


We humans are the ones who have labeled everything.

Everything just IS.

So it's up to each of us how we choose

to think and feel about what happens.

It's all about the perspective you see it from.


"The perspective of fear or the perspective of Love". 


For most people, this isn't done in a day,

it's a matter of mind-training.

But remember that we all have to start where we are,

with what we have.

One step at a time.

Are you accepting the person

you see in the mirror?

When you look at yourself in the mirror:

- Who do you see?

- What do you see?


Or let me ask you more directly

-

Do you REALLY see who is looking back at you at all?

  • Including yourself
  • Loving yourself
  • Talking to yourself
  • And collaborating with yourself, is one of the most important things you can do in your life.


Yes it may look strange to those who have not done this inner work before,

but for those who are familiar with this way of working with themselves,

they know how powerful this method can be.


There is SO MUCH self-love in facing yourself.

Not just on the external level, with what clothes you like, makeup, hair, etc.

But also to start meeting yourself on an inner level

-

Through breathing,

through meditation

or other intuitive exercises that take you all the way in.

-

This can involve coming to terms with the past, the present, (the future).

No matter what.

Feel what you need to look at, and not least what you most fear to look at.


Because this is often where progress lies, if you address just this.


Responsibility

Remember that it is your own responsibility

if there is something you are not happy with in your life.

So honest, perhaps brutal to hear, but at the same time so true.



There is no one else,

who can make the change needed to make things better

-

Other than ourselves.



So take a look at the person you see in the mirror

and ask straight out - everything you need to know.



Are you happy?

What do you need?

Who do you need?

What`s the next step?



You see, we are so afraid to do this inner work within ourselves,

because we know that if the answer to questions like these is no

or not what we want it to be,

we know that there will be subsequent consequences and changes needed

to change the answer to a yes.


And that job can be so painful, so difficult and life-changing

that many have to start all over again.

They have to look at all the values,

belief systems,

truths they have been told to believe in,

they may have to look at their relationship,

their family etc.

And THAT job can be so demanding for many,

that it's easier not to do it.


But you know what?


Taking responsibility sets you free.

Vibration of Gratitude

Gratitude is one of the highest forms of vibration there is. Connecting to this vibration will give you even more to be grateful for.

The way it works is that we match the frequency and vibration that we ourselves are vibrating at.


So when we live from the frequency of gratitude,

that's exactly what we get back.


If we live from a frequency of lacking something,

we will continue to perceive that we don't have enough.


The universe operates from frequency, vibration and energy.

What story about you

are you telling yourself?

For too many years, I told myself the same story about how I was,

who I used to be.

I repeated the same awful stories about myself year after year.


But one day as I got older I realized something important.

I had to stop repeating the same old stories about who I was,

because I realized that by doing this,

I was just continuing to manifest the same thing over and over again.

I was hurting myself by doing this. 


SO - I started telling myself a new story instead,

a positive story about who I wanted to become.

and this mindset helped me start to feel better,

I did things better

and then I eventually realized

that I was becoming more and more that character in my new story.


So what story are you telling yourself?

Everything is connected

You've probably heard this many times before,

but everything is connected and has an overall impact on how you feel about yourself.


Everything has its own frequency that will affect us in one way or another.

And these are often things we are not aware of.

But imagine what kind of society,

what kind of world

we would live in, if everyone became conscious in this way.

-

So starting to become more aware of what you eat,

will also have positive ripple effects in other areas.

Or starting to exercise can lead to positive eating routines etc.

So absolutely everything is interconnected

and one thing leads to another - whether it's “negative or positive”.


So I usually tell the people I talk to,

to do what feels good,

whatever that means for you.

Remember that we're all different with different needs,

so what's right for me, may not feel right for everyone else.

So listen to your heart, your feelings, your intuition.

And do little by little every day that just feels right.

You don't always need to know why it feels right, as long as it feels good.


So everything from what you eat, what you watch on TV,

listen to,

who you're spending your time with

and what you think and feel about yourself and everyone...


ALL OF THIS

will collectively influence who you are.

The truth is what

heals

Often we believe that there are others,

who can heal us from our traumas and issues in life.


But the truth is that

only the shift/truth within yourself can heal you.

So when you go to a healer

and experience that you are healed after the session,

it is actually the truth in the healer,

which hit the truth in you...


That led to you experiencing healing.
